Prototype 2 is adventure and action PC game which allows the user player to perform open world actions just like in grand theft auto vice city, grand theft auto San andreas and grand theft auto V as well. Prototype 2 was released for windows on July 2012 for the first time. Prototype 2 is the second game in the series of prototype games. James Heller is the main character in this game that performs especial operations to eliminate black light that is most dangerous virus type. Alex Mercer is the enemy of James Heller who kills everyone with its powers. Prototype 2 demo is also available as free download that was released by author.

James Heller is required to kill Alex Mercer that is the protagonist in this game. All the family of James Heller was killed by this protagonist blacklight virus. The main story of Prototype 2 is based upon fighting and war against the Alex Mercer. Activision is the publisher of prototype and the developer of this game is Redical entertainment. The publisher has sold millions of copies from all over the world. This game is also available for PlayStation 3, Microsoft windows and Xbox 360 as well. Prototype 2 was firstly released in North America and Europe as well.

Prototype 2 Gameplay:

Alex Mercer saved the New York City from protagonist blacklight virus about 14 months ago. He founds that his wife and daughter was killed when he was on was in Middle East. However the game play of Prototype 2 is similar to prototype 1 game but there are some new features were included in this game. The graphics, sounds, movement, attack, jump, blocking and other actions were improved than previous version. Prototype 2 includes new feature called biobomb that is used to destroy large number of area with more than one target.

There are some visual locations used with addition of realistic weather conditions. Targeting the specific areas is now possible with hitting multiple targets in same time. There are some weapons of mass destruction like (Sonar) pulse are used to finding hunt targets easily. There are many other popular and heavy weapons are available to destroy the specific targets immediately. Prototype 2 also upgrades the enemies from prototype 1 game. The difficulty level is medium than previous version of this game.

Prototype 2 Features:

The abilities and features of Alex Mercer and James Heller were improved, revised and updated that previous version. The visual graphics performance will increase with frame rate ratio. The blacklightvirus is more powerful and it has the ability to infect everyone instantly. There are two zones are available like yellow zone and red zone. the red zone is war zone where the final battle between James Heller and Alex Mercer will starts. The whole New York City was divided into two zones inPrototype 2 game.

The yellow zone is less dangerous but the red zone is fully infected with dangerous blacklight viruses. US marine and other army troops have created a safe zone here in New York city. The developer added tendril technology to provide more entertainment. The tendril is a power used by the user player from its arm (hand). Tendril may used for multiple purposes like killing, destroying, dismember the enemies and more. Redical also introduced Sonal feature which includes pulse system that is used to select members from large number of people.
